I'm leaving this review so everyone will know my experience with this company and Gene.MY EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT AND FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. Gene was so kind and very patient when answering all of my questions even though it was going to be a very small job. My neighbor does not speak English very well so I called several places to ask about cutting her mirror to size and either they could not do it or the prices seemed very high. When I called Gene, he asked that she bring it in so he could look at it. She took it to him and he was able to cut it for her and she was VERY happy with his price.I haven't met Gene yet, but I will be a customer of his from now on because of the way that he treated my neighbor. I really appreciate him!
Gene cut a larger mirror into a smaller one for my cabin. He communicates very well, told me when to stop by, and was friendly/professional.
Gene Gore does a great job. We have used Clear View glass for a few years now and they have cut mirrors for us replaced table and cabinet glass and have always offered top notch service.
My wife and I did not have a good experience attempting to work with this company. Upon ordering a 42 inch round table top, we had to pay $74 up front. (Half of the full price) We were warned that this could take up to three weeks due to the company moving from one location to another. We were okay with this. After three weeks we started to call and check on the order and were unable to get a response from anyone. After weeks of calling, my wife had me to call just in case she was purposely being avoided, and I was able to get a gentleman on the phone. This man proceeds to tell me he has been trying to get in touch with my wife because the business had to be shut down for two weeks. (My wife called every week after three weeks and no one would answer). I then asked for a refund because I had already ordered another glass top from another company and received it by this time. This order was placed July 30th. today is September 14th and WE HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED OUR REFUND. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone!
No one was working there .We did find one person and they said that they moved to a different location who went to the new location there is no location there could not find them we went to Sandhill Rd Lavergne..could not fine the place.So I guess they have went out of business. But you can call the place and you can leave a message which I left a message on every extension they had that was a week ago and no one has called me back yet so I would say they're out of business.
