From our very first call to the company to the project completion date, Jim Olivier’s exceeded our expectations. Their staff if first rate, as are their products. In our case, we were replacing our front entry door. We wanted a door that would never need refinishing or repainting again. The company’s salesman explained our options as well as the superior quality that we’d get through Jim Olivier’s Home Improvement Company. We were not disappointed. Our new door is beautiful and impressive.

Vince, who installed the windows, was amazing! He was very professional and very clean from start to finish. The week after, when we had the freeze, we noticed the heat stayed in and the central unit did not turn on nearly as much as it had before. We were very impressed on how easy it was to deal with Jim Olivier’s Home Improvement when looking for replacement windows. There was no pressure from the sales staff. He was easy to work with and showed us ways we could cut cost. When our windows arrived we were really impressed by the guy who installed the windows, he was a perfectionist! Our windows look great and we can tell the AC doesn’t run near as much. I would recommend anyone looking to replace windows to give Jim Oliver’s a shot!
I'm thrilled with my new windows on my old house. Jim Olivier’s guys came out and replaced my door and some rotted out columns. The guys were very quick, did great work, and made sure to clean everything up like they were never even there. I’d recommend them to anyone.
