The quality of the materials has been second to none, and the delivery is impressively fast. Bought a door and had it installed by them 4 years ago. Now its bottom is completely rotted out. Only 1 yr warranty on it. Went by to ask about what i can do about getting replaced. After 1 month no call. Called back and leave message. Finally after a few days get called back by secretary who tells me it's not under warranty so I asked for a quote on a new door and would I be charged a quote and measurement on a new door. She didn't know a nd would call me back. Guess I'll see in another month. :( Also they installed windows improperly, they were leaking and causing interior damage.
