Very bad experience with Crystal Glass, gave them a boat window frame to put glass in many months ago. I spoke with them at length when I dropped the window off and they said they could do the job however months later, still no window. They sent the glass out and it came back wrong, so they did a second glass and it came back wrong, so just picked up the frame as they aren't able to do the job and now part of the frame is bent. I wasted months waiting for them to do the job they said they could do, and now I have to get the frame fixed as well.

Our company worked with Jamie at Crystal Glass to get one of our clients windows replaced. Jamie was always available and quoted me a fair price to accomplish the project.

From my first call to the original site visit with AJ it went smooth to have the price provided to me. Once I secured the project the order placement was easy and the glass came in at the timeframe she provided. We needed a film to be installed on the glass before the install and Jamie got her contact to have that provided for us.

On the scheduled install date the crew of AJ and Jackson arrived on site at the time they provided and performed the project in an extremely fast time and safe manner. AJ was great to deal with and showed care to his younger partner.

This is a great company to work with and I will be reaching out in the future for all my company’s glass related projects.

Crystal Glass Langley to the rescue!! When I broke the mirror on a vintage dresser I was converting to a bathroom vanity, I either got no response or very expensive quotes from other companies. A friend suggested Crystal Glass, and I couldn't have been more overjoyed with the service, turnaround time and price! Branch Manager Jamie was a pleasure to deal with and the detail by AJ was second to none! (the mirror had a lot of curves and had to custom fit a 100+ year old oak frame). I love how everyone is very nice and helpful. I've been searching for a glass lid for my aquarium. I've been hesitant to ask glass companies if they do custom glass cut, but I've been buying all the DIY lid for my aquarium, and its hard and expensive, but just for curiosity and all ive search and search till i found the crystal glass and message them about what im looking for and not even long they email me and told me that they can do it for me and tge same day for i believe 20 or 30 mins long of waiting i got the glass that been wanting for my aquarium i just couldnt be more happier. Then, the next week, i went again for another glass cut despite of them being busy, they still cut my glass first, so im really, really happy. You can barely find a shop/store with staff that are nice and welcoming these days, but them they are very nice :) and will really help you with what you want for the cut. Will definitely be my go-to for a glass cut.
