I had a new front windshield put in my 2014 equinox this week. They had availability the day after I called them. My insurance quoted a price of over 700 that didn’t include the sales tax, recycling of old window or the recalibration of window.Glass Doctor price was out the door of under $550 I was in and out in just over an hour. It is perfect. No leaks, no air noise. Just like the original.
I made an appointment to have the rear window in my truck replaced. When I dropped my truck off in the morning I was informed that the glass had been neglected to be ordered. This obviously moved the completion time further in the day, complicating my ride situation. Once I secured a new ride I left the truck to be repaired later in the day. I then received a text stating they neglected to tell me that they couldn't work on the truck do to it having a tonneau cover. My opitions were to drive all the way back to the store and remove the cover or reschedule. I decided to pick up my truck and take it elsewhere. If they are this incompetent at basic communication I certainly wasn't going to trust their workmanship.

Arrived and was greeted by the staff who promptly took my vehicle into the service area and began the repairs. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful with any all questions I had during my time there, which was not long at all and I was on my way. The work was done quickly and professionally and I am very satisfied.
The guys did a really good job except for the piece on the passenger side that holds and or covers the windshield on the passenger side of the car keeps coming out and flapping when I drive I try and push it back down. It doesn’t stay down. it’s about 3/4 of the way bent And that is how much is loose and flapping. I would really like to have that fixed or a new piece put in there.
