Called about a glass replacement. The lady that answered the phone is rude. I mentioned it was a pella window "well that means nothing to me"The reason why I mentioned this is because it is impossible to find someone who services pella windows to begin with, Adding this business to the list of incompetencies.Maybe listen to the customer before shutting them down.
I am so pleased with Fortman's. Our blinds were purchased elsewhere (in Laramie). After many years of use, the blinds needed to be restrung. The place of purchase couldn't come up with a way to help us but Fortman's was able to send them back to the maker and get them restrung for us. Again, I really appreciate their help - as they didn't even sell the blinds to us.
We have an older home that needed a window replacement. One call and the glass was replaced within an hour! Great paint and excellent service!
