It is such a great feeling to deal with such an honest and caring company. Jay is knowledgeable about every aspect of the business, and was always available whenever I had a question. And his patience in dealing with me and my insurance company is awesome!! The crews who came and did my roof and gutters were great. They were friendly and hard working. Also, noteworthy, is after my roof was completed and they were doing cleanup in the twilight hours, they did an absolutely incredible job cleaning up all the debris and nails. They go through hundreds of nails in redoing a roof and when I went down the next morning to see if anything had been missed I literally only found two nails and they were in a rocky landscape area where things are hard to see. That is the best cleanup job following a roof replacement I have ever seen. And the fact it was nearing dark makes it even more amazing. Also, thank you Lexie for helping me to get all of the payout from my insurance company that I was due. Your knowledge of the business side and how to submit claims to insurance companies was invaluable. Again, thank you all for making the entire experience a smooth and successful one.

Jay and Stonescape contacted me about our replacement of our roof, he was prompt and on time meeting us. After being presented multiple options we decided to go with a StoneCoated roof. The installation went flawless. They were on time and very kind during the process. It was installed correctly and passed the city inspection. We also contracted them to install and fix some gutters on a rental of ours and we are pleased how they turned out. I will definitely have Jay and Stonescape come out to do more work for me. I highly recommend this company to anybody in the southern Wyoming area. They understand the environmental challenges that come with this area.

We were initially pessimistic about getting any damages covered and approved through insurance - in fact, our adjuster arrived earlier than expected and was initially approving us for repairs until Nick made him walk the property again and we received approval for full roof and gutter replacements on our home and garage. Great communication and quality all around.
