Speedy and great customer service. We called for a quote and were able to get our window replaced within the same day. To top it off it was right before New Year’s Eve and the job was done in less than 24 hrs.
Best prices and excellent service. I ordered them late afternoon and they were up by the next day! Installers were polite and very respectful. Highly recommend.
Horrible customer service! Didn’t show up to measure glass top for my dining table on day they were suppose too & didnt bother to even call.I called again following day & waited & waited finally showed up when I wasn’t there.Called them again, no answer, no return call.Might be cheaper in pricing but not worth the time to be going back & forth with this business who has nothing but excuses why not showing up on a timely manner. Do not bother to call them in my opinion!
Absolutely horrible customer service. We called on a Friday was told he would come the next day guy never did, so we called agin on Monday n he didn’t come till Friday and unprepared. We were quoted a price of 120$ n paid 170$ we ended up getting Mirroe 2 weeks after our first call. Will never use company again!
I just called to order 18 double glass windows and the lady that answered was rude and said they don't carry it I requested to speak to an manager and she said well if you need something I can help you with it again I ask if she can please transfer me to a manager and she said no that she's the manager and said she assures me they don't carry it, I don't know if she's lying but I need them it's so simple just to transfer me to someone who knows but I know I will never call this place again. It is rude to act like you know and if a client is requesting to speak with management they should just be transfer. I work with a company that has several jobs line up and this lady's attitude loss a good client. smh hope she's not doing this to other people this would have been good for the company.
