Some customers report concerns about communication around deposits, timelines, and design expectations. There are also mixed experiences with window tint quality and remedial follow-up. Overall feedback highlights friendly staff but variable outcomes depending on the service type.
Professional, friendly and absolutely amazed with their customer service! Went in for a chip repair and some decals on my Jeep, & absolutely happy with the service I received. I highly recommend! Best decal shop in town!
I had a frustrating experience with adventure enterprises. I placed an order on Monday around 1 PM and was told that if I paid a deposit, the windshield would be delivered the next day (Tuesday) and ready for installation on Wednesday. Based on that timeline, I agreed and paid the deposit. However, just two hours later (around 3 PM), I called back to cancel because the appointment no longer worked for me. At that point, I was informed I would be charged a $50 restocking fee, which seemed unreasonable given how quickly I called to cancel. What made the situation worse was the inconsistency in their explanation. When I followed up on Friday, I was told the reason for the restocking fee was because the windshield had already been delivered after I placed the order on Monday—which directly contradicts what I was originally told about delivery happening on Tuesday.Overall, the lack of clear communication and the immediate restocking fee left a bad impression. I would strongly recommend making absolutely sure you want to move forward before placing a deposit, because once you do, you’ll be charged a $50 restocking fee—even if you cancel shortly after.
I went to them for a car wrap. They required a deposit to be able to give me a picture with the design. I emailed and text them a picture of what I wanted. They send me back something that was not even close to what I wanted. We went back and forth from 9/1 to 9/11 when they finally told me that was the closest they could do. I settled because I had already paid them the initial deposit. I’ve had the wrap for 2 years, I bought the soap they recommended and my wrap is already cracked horribly. I took my car in to get it removed and was told by one person that because the wrap still had warranty they would only charge me to remove the parts of the wrap that no longer had warranty. Today I got a call from the owner Henry and wants to charge me $800 to remove the wrap. I got a quote from somewhere else for cheaper to have it removed. I didn’t expect not pay but I also didn’t expect to be charged so much especially after being promised something else from an employee there. I explained to Henry the wrap wasn’t originally what I wanted I did not what to make a big deal even though I payed a lot of money for this wrap, I have all my emails as proof but I just want the wrap off that after only 2 years is fully cracked and pealing . Even then he didn’t honor what I was told previously when I went in last week. Be aware before you take your vehicle to this place. I never write bad reviews but this was very disappointing from the beginning, I really wish I would have gone somewhere else. I was also told my paint will be damaged because of the cracking on the wrap so I will have to repaint my whole car. I was just going to cut my losses with no plans to write a review but not after the call I got from him. I should not have been promised one thing from an employee for him to call me and the way I was talked to was not ok after I was just trying to explain what I was told by his employee.
Brought in a design idea and collaborated with the graphic designer we tweaked it, made changes and I am loving it. It was done quickly and well. It's fun to have a graphic that is your own very personalized expression. My Prius V adventure car is ready to roll.
Our experience with Adventure Enterprises was one “bad” adventure. We brought our "new" car in to have our windows tinted. After we picked up the car, we noticed little bubbles on the side windows and streaks all over the rear window. We brought the car back and showed the service representative photos we’ve taken of the streaks plus some missing bits. We were told to leave the car for remedial work. When we returned, we noticed the streaks remained on the back window. The manager insisted that they’ve done a good job but the streaks were just a “reflection” due to lighting. Next day, my husband drove the car up the freeway and noticed the same streaks on the back window. We then took the car to our trusted auto mechanics for an opinion. They told us that the streaks were not a “reflection” but a case of bad tinting. When we phoned the manager of Adventure Enterprises to remove the tinting for the back window as the streaks would pose a driving hazard, especially for seniors. He was going to charge us for the removal. Adventure Enterprise rep indicated that their tinting has a “lifetime warranty” but what good is it if the job is poorly done to begin with! Since we no longer had any faith with Adventure Enterprise, we opted to pay another auto tinting company to have the tinting removed from the rear window. It was satisfactorily done within an hour!
