Same day service!! MV Door sent a tech out right away. The motor mechanism was damaged. Tomas said it could be fixed with parts and realignment that day. But I opted out to get a new motor, new parts, new remotes and wall button etc rather than patch a 24 year old unit. MV Door had the new equipment in stock. No waiting. Good service; good value.
