This is the third home where I've had replacement windows installed, and once again, Window World delivered an excellent product. The windows look great, the installation was professionally completed, and I could immediately feel the difference in comfort and efficiency throughout the home.The only reason for not giving a perfect experience rating would be the time between ordering and installation, which was longer than expected. However, once the installation date arrived, everything went smoothly and the final result was well worth the wait.I am very pleased with the quality of the windows and would recommend Window World to anyone considering window replacement.
From a top notch low pressure sales approach that carries over to a professional installation team and experience, Window World is unquestionably the best contractor I have ever used. Their install team was prompt and courteous, super respectful of our house and property and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Marco was super helpful in guiding us through the process. Great experience from Window World from Marco’s Saucedo to the Installer’s. Marco was great in handling our needs, explaining everything to us listened to what we were looking for, never suggested more than what we were looking for and never pressured us to where we had to use Window World. The Installation was great too the Installer’s were very careful in covering everything and very clean afterwards to where they even cleaned the windows lolI recommend Window World very highly!

Our windows were 37 years old. It was time for an upgrade!! Marcos Saucedo from Window World was our salesman and he was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions. We had 11 windows to replace, and it took approximately 3 months to get everything set up. The installation was done in one day!! The installation crew (3 guys) were professional and helpful in answering any questions as the windows were installed. We are very pleased and look forward to having windows that look great and provide protection in all seasons. ??????
