The Window and Door Store was the 4th company we met with to install new patio doors. Their representative, Brian Braboy, was undoubtedly the most knowledgeable and straight-up honest about meeting our patio door needs. No pressure at all. We were sold and are today thrilled with our new Lifetime Guarantee patio doors. The installers, Chris and Vincent, were also very professional and efficient. In a few hours we had brand new patio doors that we love showing off to our friends.

Every step of the process was handled with care to make sure we were completely satisfied.The sales experience with Brian was informative without being pushy. They double-checked every measurement, and installation day was seamless. The crew worked flawlessly together, each one knowing what to do and what the next needed. And they took great care to clean up during and after each window was installed, which we really appreciated. We couldn’t be happier with our eight foot French doors! The process was seamless from start to finish, from our first meeting with Joe to the installation with Chris and Isaac. Everyone was professional, courteous, and demonstrated a complete command of their job. Thank you Window and Door Store!
Brian my salesperson was the warmest person I have ever met as far as sales people go. He was friendly, informative, funny, comfortable and very knowledgeable of the product he sold me. He sat with me for about 90 mins and went through every possible option until settling on a product and price that was right for me. He didnt try to up sell me on anything. He made sure I understood the cost, the product and the install process. If you are looking for windows I suggest calling Brian and starting the process 100% right from the beginning. I also want to say the gentleman that came to measure was just as nice. He came in explained what his process is and was very polite. He was in and out and very thorough! Now, lets get to the installers Chris, Jake, Vincent and Isaac. They showed up on the dot at the time of the scheduled appointment. They were very friendly and very polite. We walked through the house and they explained the process and re measured to be sure all the windows were the right size, which they were of course! They were methodical in their process and they moved seamlessly installing 11 windows and a sliding door. They were there for approximately 5 hours and when they left you wouldn't even know they had been there!! I love my beautiful new windows and sliding door. My house looks 10x better than it did thanks to The Window and Door Store!
