Overall our experience was really really good. We love our windows and the installation was very quick and easy on our part. The only reason that we decided not to do the full 5 stars is because communication was never initiated by Legacy after we bought the windows so we had no idea they were ready for instal until we reached out, and we were told the installation team would vacuum and clean up after but they only picked up the big trash and we had to vacuum ourselves. But overall, good experience and would recommend them to a friend.
We are enjoying the new windows built and installed by legacy windows. The build quality and sound proofing are superior to our last windows. The install team was able to install 9 windows in about 4 hours. After install it was noticed that eye bolt were still under the windows trim that has caused the trim to warp on the outside of the house. During the install the home owner was not notified that the trim would be covering the eye bolt. It was mentioned during the sing off and was told that they didn't remove the eye bolts due to possible causing a leak into the house.
The whole adventure of us getting news windows from start to finish was so much fun from the young lady that knocked at are door to the young man that came to talk to us and fill us in on what is good and what would work with are house was amazing (I suggest him his name is Keyston he is nice and funny) then the windows got measured and 5 weeks later the 3 men that came out to do the windows are so very nice and care about your house and are very sufficient and clean up after them selfs very well Mat and his 2 other guys are so very good and do amazing work. We are so very happy with are new windows can’t wait for are next adventure just want to say thank you to you all at legacy windows for all the hard work and making house look beautiful. Thank you so much.
We love our new windows from Legacy Windows! The sales rep was great and easy to work with and the price was right for us. The install crew was professional and efficient and got our 8 windows done within 3 hours. The windows are stunning and we couldn’t be happier about our ours had! 100% would recommend to anyone looking for new windows!
The guys from Legacy Windows do an incredible job! Our new windows are amazing!! We had old storm windows that were almost impossible to open. I'm excited that these are easy and will save on air and heating costs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.
