Installers scheduled a week ahead so we had plenty of time to get ready. They gave us notice of their arrival time within the scheduled appointment time. Double checked everything. They were informative and professional. Left the house neat and clean. Love the operation of these windows. Easy cleaning. Open from either side, Energy conservation. Life time warranty. Beautiful! We live in a corner house so we get a lot of offers for window installs but Performance was the first one to stop by with a good offer and a good guarantee. We picked out our windows and in no time they had they ready for install (it was so fast it actually caught us off guard). The install went fantastic, the workers were polite and fast and they cleaned up really well. They even had a mistake were they got some white foam on brown carpet and they got it all off without hurting the carpet. The windows look great and they stand up to the strength that they promised. I have 3 boys and those windows have already taken some hits. I would say the nicest part has been noise reduction. As I stated I live on a corner so we had a lot of car noise and now most of that is gonw. The only one who isn't happy with the windows is the dog because all of her warm spots have gone away.

Performance Windows installed 16 windows in my home. They were professional and hard-working. The install went faster than I had anticipated. The old windows were around 30 years old and the new windows have made a big difference. The light comes through but not the heat. They are also much easier to clean and most can be done from the inside. There were a couple of minor damages done during install. Charlie got right on it and took care of the damages with no question. I would definitely recommend this company.
