Joel Larkin from Four Seasons was absolutely fantastic to work with. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing from start to finish, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. He has such a laid-back approach, but at the same time you can tell he’s very knowledgeable and experienced. What I appreciated most was how open and honest he was about everything — no surprises, just clear communication the whole way through. I would definitely recommend Joel to anyone looking for someone reliable and professional!
This company is fantastic. They came out and gave me a quote on doing my windows. Didn’t push me into taking their business but the quote was great and the windows are awesome. They told me when they would be out to do the install and were exactly right on the day. Coe called to schedule the install. He was very respectful and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Made sure I didn’t have any questions. They showed up right on time. Jason the installer went over everything with me. He answered all my questions I had, and believe me I had a lot lol. Jason and his helper were fantastic. They were very good with everything. They kept my house clean and the outside clean as well. He did a great job putting the windows in and they look great. Cleaned everything up and made sure everything was back to the way it was when they were done. Showed me everything they did. I didn’t have to sign anything until I approved of everything they did.
Josh Ballinger is an excellent representative of Four Seasons Home Products. He has superb knowledge of the products and services they provide. He also has a great personality.
Austin Fish and Coe were both great to work with. This was our first time ever having windows installed and they made the process easy. There were only a few minor issues but they both jumped in quickly to make sure everything was resolved. Over all we are happy with our new windows.
I have been so upset I wasn't going to leave a review but because we based our decision off of reviews, I don't want anyone else going through what we did especially paying the premium price that Four Seasons charges. Arched window replacement that turned into a nightmare. Delay after delay (window ordered in June, not completed until mid October). Only giving 2 stars because the window itself is nice and for the subcontractors who came to take apart and redo the mess that Four Seasons employees Jason and Hans left behind. Both of which were rude, cursing and stating how bad it looked (was recorded on security camera). Coe made several visits and attempts to get someone to correct the issues. The owner did call us and sent a subcontractor who was AMAZING and made it look much better but the owner did not follow up after as he promised. Joel was our salesman and initially really impressed us and we planned to do the entire house but he also failed to respond (he did apologize) we will no longer have their employees on our property.Attached pictures of the work from Four Seasons employees not the subcontractors.
