I hired DAVIDSON ALL GLASS in Lethbridge, AB. to remake a bedroom window screen and gave them my original to copy. The receptionist told me they have a one-week turnaround, but after six weeks and two failed attempts, it still didn’t fit. I had to follow up for updates and was met with dismissive responses from the receptionist, Michelle. Communication and accountability was poor from her throughout the entire process. I was told several excuses for the delays, but no real effort was made to fix the issue. I had to visit the store 5 times. They did refund my money when i asked but unfortunately I am left with no screen, and no original measurements. It is my own fault for not having read the reviews before hiring them - there are a TON of review's here of stories that sound nearly identical to mine.

Davidson All Glass in Lethbridge is hands down the best place in town for windows, doors, and screens. Their team is knowledgeable, reliable, and always offers the best prices. Unlike other places that only do order-in, they have a great inventory on hand and even build many of their windows in-house. The quick turnaround time and quality service are priceless these days. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else — these folks really know their stuff!

Extremely disappointing experience and poor customer service. I had the owner personally visit to measure and quote a window replacement, which was later confirmed by the office—complete with a receipt of the order. Despite this, I had to follow up multiple times with no response to my emails or calls. After about the sixth attempt, someone allegedly called me but didn’t leave a message. When I finally reached someone, I was told they couldn’t fulfill the order they had previously quoted and confirmed—weeks ago. I understand that plans can change and new information can impact orders. What’s unacceptable is the complete lack of communication and accountability. Leaving a customer in the dark for weeks is not how any business should operate. This company needs to do significantly better.

Two panes of glass broke on my old 4-pane window so I reached out around town. All Glass is the only place that got back to me. They were polite, quick, and provided the glass I needed to a better quality of workmanship than what I had originally. Plus they were between ten and twenty times cheaper than what I got quoted from online cut and ship outfits. Will be using them again if I have any more oopsies with the windows.
