We decided to give them a try when it was time to replace our front door. The staff were friendly and helpful and showed us various door options and explained the features and benefits of each. The installation went fast and smoothly. They took care to protect our floors and walls during the entire process and cleaned up thoroughly! Great job guys!

Had a great conversation with Shaun this morning at Durabuilt Windows and Doors. I understand the company is under New Management and Shaun was quick to work on my issues relating to Calvin, Zack, and the rest of the previous personnel that ran Durabuilt and the warranty work never completed. Shaun tells me he’s committed to working hard with those that had a bad experience in the past and Shaun sounds like someone I would trust. The product Durabuilt puts out is quality second to none but the shop and personnel need to back it up and I feel this New Management team will do just that.
