New windows, and they have to put up plastic sheeting because the wind gets through! It's a standard lot... I had to contact consumer protection to get them to come back to my house in March... This will be their third visit...

As for the installation, we received outstanding service from the employees of KJM Signature Construction. Maxime and Charles-Étienne were polite, attentive, very respectful of our space, and truly friendly. They worked quickly and conscientiously, and we are very satisfied with their work. They cleaned up all the debris before leaving and took the time to answer our questions. A big thank you to this exceptional team!
We also had a question about one particular window where the opening mechanism didn't work in the same direction as the other windows, so we emailed our representative. He responded quickly (within 24 hours) and provided a clear explanation: it was due to a specific limitation because the window was less than 13 inches wide. This response was very satisfactory, and we greatly appreciated the excellent after-sales service provided by the representative. Well done!
