North Country Windows & Baths

We had an excellent experience with North Country Windows and Bath. We replaced our tub shower combination with a new shower. The technician showed up at 7:30 AM and was finished by 2:30 PM. The installation was complete and a very clean process. The technician was a super guy. He was a pleasure to work with and pleasant to be around.

We purchased new windows from North Country and could not be happier! They are beautiful and energy efficient with a lifetime warranty!!! All staff we encountered were courteous, respectful, professional and friendly. We highly recommend this company!!!

I am working with Dan and he is FANTASTIC. He is professional, kind, and ON TIME. He went through the house and measured all the windows and told me every option I had for my windows. He was even kind enough to help us determine what color, what size, and what style would look great with our house. We went through all the ins and outs, including showing the difference between his windows versus the competition, and even had a price determined before he left. This whole process took less than 45 minutes. I am so happy that we found him and cant wait to see how the new windows turn out! Adding an Update on 1/15 Dylan and Sam were the installer that were sent to put our windows in and I cannot rave about them enough. Dylan is so kind and so professional. He kept me updated on everything that was happening while they were here and showed me the process fo the windows as they went. He answered any questions I had and showed me exactly how the windows worked. They were friendly and always in great spirits while working. They even cleaned up their mess as they went which is a huge plus in my books!! Would HIGHLY recommend these two guys for any window replacements!

I had a picture window installed to perfection a couple of years ago and have been very pleased with it and the improved energy bill as well so I decided to have the remaining windows replaced by North Country Windows & Baths. Derek helped me out and is a real pleasure to work with. I highly recommend North Country Windows & Baths. You won't regret it!

To say I'm thrilled, is an understatement! Storm damage is never fun, and the ensuing process of an insurance claim is even worse. Drew was absolutely fantastic to work with, providing very reasonable options to choose from. He knew I was in a must do situation, but was low pressure and made sure I understood all options even calling the owner while on site with questions on feasibility with my oversized windows! That was just the FIRST STEP. After that, everyone I worked with was absolutely amazing! Tina made sure financing was a smooth process, and kept me updated regularly. Marco and team were FUN... yes, installers were FUN to be around! They were polite, interacted, answered any and all questions and left the job site cleaner than they found it! Everyone was friendly, kind, and courteous throughout the whole process and made sure everything was taken care of! AND THE WINDOWS!!! High quality, and craftmanship from window to install. I have an immediate benefit of a more quiet, temperature comfortable home, not to mention they completely updated the look of my house! These windows were truly a silver lining to the horrible hail storm. I HIGHLY recommend working with this company, they are a gem!!
