Very pleased with the windows. Ordered a window with some colored glass and it's more beautiful than I could have hoped. More importantly to me, however, is the courtesy of the installing professionals and the follow-up to be sure we were pleased. Would absolutely do business with these folks again.

Great people to work with. I called to ask if they are able to sell me a part from a manufacturer. Jordan helped by telling me that the part should be under warranty. I was surprised because I called the company first and they told me that I need to buy it from one of their distributor, Window Option Specialist. Jordan was able to contact the manufacturer and got me a warranty on the part. I got it and installed. Part works great and the friendly service from Jordan was excellent. I will work with them for future windows and doors!
