Fast and efficient to get what you need. Have to use old fashioned email or phone calls to inquire with what you need. But still have to go there in person to make a purchase. No online ordering.

I purchased a new window for an addition, it cost $380. Same window at Lowe’s, with a 15% off promotion, was $776! Great value here! Plus Lowe’s said it would take 4 weeks, Kaufman’s said 10 calendar days!
