I got a new windshield. Customer service was great. Was given a quote that was honored and much more affordable than bringing it to the dealership. As long as it doesn't fall out or break in the near future, I would recommend this place to anyone needing a new windshield.
I was there for a full front windshield repair about a month ago or so and was given excellent service from both the workers but also the very kind lady at the front desk (I’m so sorry I forget your name!!) who was super helpful. The windshield was repaired great and very fast. They also alerted me of any damage they spotted before working on it to avoid any confusion there. Not that it was needed, they fixed it up with 0 issue. Great service and great price.
I recently brought my $60,000 vehicle to this shop for a simple windshield replacement, and the experience was nothing short of horrible. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed deep scratches on the top side of both the driver and passenger door pillars, along with paint chips around the newly installed windshield. These damages were absolutely not there before—I keep my car in mint condition and know every mark on it.To make matters worse, someone had spilled coffee inside my vehicle and attempted to clean it, leaving stains and smudges on the dashboard and passenger seat. It was incredibly careless and completely unacceptable.I contacted the owner immediately and provided photos and videos showing the damage. I also asked him to review the shop’s camera footage to help clarify what happened. He refused to check the footage and continued insisting the damage had been there beforehand. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to even investigate was extremely frustrating.At this point, because of the damage and how the situation was handled, I am considering taking the matter to consumer court at to pursue a proper resolution.This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had, and I strongly recommend that anyone who cares about their vehicle think twice before bringing it to this shop.
I had a rock chip on my windshield and went to LPAG for the repair. They fixed it in about 25–30 minutes for $60 plus tax. The team was efficient, professional, and kept everything clean. The crack is now barely visible — almost completely gone! Really glad they could help me out so quickly.
Great price and expert service. Kind and trustworthy. Labour under warranty. This is the second time we have used this place and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!Window looks and works better than before!
