Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company.In September 2025, I hired Provincial Glass and Mirror Ltd. to replace one broken glass panel in my sliding patio door. They quoted $875.50 and took a deposit upfront. From the beginning, the job was completely mishandled.They came multiple times saying the measurements were wrong and had to be redone. During one visit, they removed shattered glass and left glass shards all over my floor and back deck, as well as glass trim still in the door frame. With two young children in the home, this was extremely dangerous and stressful.Communication was terrible. Every time I called, no one seemed to know what was going on. The technician appeared overwhelmed and even suggested I give up on the repair and buy a whole new door from RONA instead — which says everything about their confidence in completing the job.I spoke directly with the owner, who claimed he was unaware of the situation and promised to look into it and call me back. Despite leaving several voicemails, I never received a response. No apology, no accountability, no follow-up.When I finally asked for my money back, there was zero sympathy or concern — it honestly felt like they were relieved to be done with it.Unprofessional, disorganized, and unsafe. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
We had a big gym mirror installed in our home. We kind of had an idea of what we wanted. Our final decision was influenced by the guidance of the staff at Provincial and we are super happy with the outcome. Very thankful for their expertise and great service.Thank you so much.!
A weird accident lead to a panicked phone call to Provincial Glass & Mirror. While I wish the accident had never happened, I'm not at all sorry it put me in touch with this company. The woman I spoke to on the phone was kind and professional. She answered my questions and booked a free consultation/quote with one of their technicians. This is how I met Jay. Friendly, professional, informative, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, Jay. I was extremely stressed when I answered the door when he arrived. He looked at the broken glass and put my mind at ease. He explained how the window system works, what happened, what will happen, and how it needs to be fixed. He assured me Provincial Glass & Mirror could take care of me, if I chose to go with them for the job. No high pressure sales pitch. No pressure at all. I immediately felt my anxiety ease and my stress level lower.Would I recommend this company? Without question.
