If I could rate this business a zero, I would. I should have known better. I initally called and received no answer from the business. I called back and was told that they had a customer in the showroom and would call me back. After not receiving a call back after 4 hours, I called back. I went down to the showroom. I ordered two doors at a cost of roughly 9k installed. Fast forward one week, I havent been able to get the doors measured. My scheduled appointment was for yesterday between 4 and 5. I called him at 5:30. He told me he would come this morning "before work" at 7:30. I got my family up and out of the house so he could do his job. It's now 8:10, no show. I reached out to the company. To summarize, "sorry, we just sell the doors, its not his main job". I have no idea how this place has the reviews it has. This company wasted hours upon hours of my time, when all I tried to do was give them 9k for two doors. Do not waste a moment of time with this company.
