We had a great experience with WestPro Roofing. Alex and Eric were diligent through a long 9-month claim process successfully turning a full insurance denial to full coverage. Once the project was scheduled, Kevin, our project manager, kept in good communication and clearly explained any issues that came up. The roofing crew was friendly and installed our complex roof in one day and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. We’d definitely recommend WestPro!

Luke and the installation crew were fast, courteous, and professional on a complete siding and gutter replacement at my home. The team was always available to answer any questions and communicate any schedule changes, and everything turned out great. In fact, the building inspector commented on the high quality of the work that was performed.

WestPro appears to have done a good job on the roof itself. The roof looks good, passed inspection, and time will tell how it holds up. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the expectations set during the sales process.

I was told the property would be thoroughly cleaned after the job, including nails, staples, trash, and other debris, and that WestPro took those issues seriously because of the risk to people and pets. I was also told that if something went wrong, the company was known for going above and beyond to make it right. That was not my experience.

After the roofing work, several issues required repeated follow-up. Gaps in the eaves that WestPro identified as needing correction were not addressed as scheduled, and I had to escalate the issue before it was eventually fixed. Our kitchen range vent also began vibrating loudly after the work. WestPro made a couple attempts to correct it, but the issue is still not resolved. I ultimately inspected it myself and found roofing debris in the duct and fan area, including a screw, a staple, and asphalt debris. Removing that debris stopped the vibration, although the vent still allows cold air into the home.

The most concerning issue was discovering weeks later that the water-heater vent had been displaced. A displaced water-heater vent is a major safety issue because it can allow carbon monoxide to enter the living space instead of venting properly outside the home. WestPro did not inspect it after the roofing work; it was only addressed after I discovered and reported it.

Cleanup and follow-through were also disappointing. I raised concerns about debris left on the ground, in the grass, and on the range, but no additional cleanup was done. I ended up cleaning up much of it myself and am still finding nails, staples, and clear plastic release strips from the roofing materials around the property.

This has been ongoing from mid-December until now, and after the water-heater vent was fixed, the project manager stopped returning my calls about the remaining range vent issue, which still has not been resolved. Based on my experience, the roof itself may be fine, but the cleanup, communication, safety follow-through, and post-job support fell very short of what was promised.

We had a very good experience with Westpro and highly recommend their roofing service. We got a quality roof and worked with a professional salesperson and project manager. Everyone communicated well throughout the project.
The job was completed quickly, 7 hours with a full crew of 10 men. (Ranch house and detached garage). They also made paying for our new roof easy and not too painful financially.

WestPro is nothing short of amazing. Complete top-to-bottom job: Siding, Roof, Gutters.

Winds in December toppled our chimney and we figured it was time to finally move on plans we had begun after the Marshall Fire.

We chose HardBoard from JamesHardie. The siding is the cement-based a durable, fire-resistant, and low-maintenance—we chose a finish that was baked-on in their factory environment—we won't have to ever paint it. JamesHardie has a lovely color pallet. The roof is Class 4 — for fire and hail resistance, and a color that matched our design.

Everyone at WestPro was excellent: we worked with Alex Acerra, Project Consultant, on the front end to spec out the work, Lily Coleman, their in-house Design Consultant to get the design details and colors just right, and Luke Cross, our Project Manager, who was on-site often keeping a careful eye on the progress and the crews.

If you're lucky, you'll get the siding crew headed up by Christian. His team of nice worked with precision — we are literally blown away with the results. When it came time for a walk-through with him, I just said there would be no way I could catch something that Christian didn't. The roofing and gutter crews were excellent too. The project finished ahead of schedule.

The design had a number of facets that needed care and attention, things that mattered deeply to me an my wife, and WestPro took care of everyone of them.

There has been a steady stream of positive comments from neighbors and passerbys going on and on about the design and the quality of the work.
