They showed up on time. Very polite, they were careful not to damage the carpet or our furniture. I would recommend them. Only down side they did not offer the thicker door at time of sale. i was interested in the thicker door but found out about it too late to change. The install was very well done of the door frame and door. Great people to deal with. the thicker door ws a new product at the time.

They are very professional and reliable from the beginning with the sales person Manon to the gentleman that came to take the measurements to the two young men that came and do the installation , they were on time clean and very responsible . I we’ll definitely refer them to my friends and family and If I ever need to replace any windows or doors again I will call Fenplast .

Definitely recommend!! We got 5 windows and 1 door changed last week. The advisor Alain was very patient and knowledgeable when we went for initial consultation. He also came to take the measurements to ensure we ordered the correct sizes and the colours matched the house. On the day of installation, the contractors were punctual and meticulous in their work (they helped me install an extra aluminum plate at the entrance, to protect the concrete foundation). They were also very clean and left the work area spotless.
