The system demands that I respond prior to th door being installed. It is currently scheduled to produce. The installation date will be somewhere in the Feb. 15 2026 time frame. Verdun is a quality company. Their products are well made and properly installed. But as a result, they are extremely busy. It can take time to get from ordering to installing. I will respond again once the installation is complete.

He said he would get back to us with answers but we had to reach out. Installation work was sufficient (not perfect) however, installer was not very personable. Frustrating experience for overpriced job.

Fenetres verdun installed our windows in Novembre, we very soon found there was an air leak, 3 months later, 10 calls later they still have not fixed the issue, they will call em next week they say, 2 weeks later have not call. Been like that for 3 months Their after-sale service could not be any worse. Look elsewhere for your windows
