I had 8 windows replaced and the service was impeccable..the crew (1 man and his son who were very professional) arrived early in the morning and were finished by 1pm..the windows look and function so much better than my old ones..the 2 men cleaned up all the debris and made the experience very pleasant..I will highly recommend President windows and doors to everyone!.I was missing one screen for a window which I am sure they will provide shortly..
We decided to do business with this company and we had in mind, very clearly, that the living room windows have the option to be opened with a net to block the flies. However, the person who noted down what we wanted made a mistake and wrote down the window to be closed entirely. Thus, we did not get any good arrangements by calling them back for their mistake. Nevertheless, the quality of the work and windows are good. 2021/MarchWe ended up receiving a call telling us that they would change the window for no extra fees. The service is very complete, since the quotation until the installation they are very communicative and they are always on top of all. I really recommend the company and I will call them back for my next projects.
Allowed them to give me a quote based on a door to door marketing. Avoid at all cost. I did not trust them and would not recommend to any consumer. They refused to give me a written quote and random numbers were thrown at me. Pressure tactic to make you save thousands of dollars for products you don’t even know what you will be getting. Again run while you can!
