Have had excellent service on several occasions, and will have more jobs for them in the future! Had glass cut for top of dressers and a huge mirror made to measure for my bathroom.

The owner is lying everywhere in his reply. Do not trust a single word comes out of his mouth. Check other previous bad reviews you'll find out. This company handles mistake and irresponsibility like a child without any remorse or not even apologetic gesture. They sent uneducated employee to measure the window, took a month and half to order that small piece, during installation realized it was wrongly measured, took them another 3 weeks to remake the piece, after the new one has arrived, they still wait around and not inform us of installation day. One employee promised to install THE DAY OF ITS ARRIVAL or THE NEXT DAY which is TODAY, but nothing happened. It's cold and there's snow on the ground for God's sake! We had to call again to ask whereabout. Then they start to yell and lie about promising the installation and still wouldn't even schedule a definite date for the installation. They even threatened not to install. Incredible. I guess no one had ever questioned their unprofessional trashy behaviours ever before, so when being asked they take it as unbearable language. You're the one sounded uneducated and absolutely illogical in the first place. Good luck with your grand business losing money again and again.

Very kind people and the price was reasonable, but if you decide to measure the windows and order them, do not buy a tape measure at Dollarama. Make sure to measure in imperial units instead of metric.
