Five stars all the way. Ark made the whole window replacement process easy—quick quote, clear timeline, and great communication. We chose Anlin windows and everything looks perfect, from the trim to the operation. We’d absolutely use American Deluxe Windows again.
We replaced our original windows and sliding doors with American Deluxe and couldn't be happier with them. Staff was friendly and professional from Day 1 and every single one of installers was also professional and did a great job. Also, very reasonably priced compared to other competitors. Would recommend.
We had nine windows and 2 large sliding glass doors installed with American Deluxe. The installation team (Carlos, Jose and Fernando) was excellent. They arrived right on time and took their time to get the windows right and working smoothly. Also did a good job at cleaning everything up. The city inspector said they did a very neat and good job. The initial bid was a little higher than my other two bids, but Ark agreed to lower the price to match them. Ark was also agreeable to my request to change the install date. He was good at getting right back to my texted questions. I highly recommend American Deluxe Windows.Update to our original review: Shortly after we had our new windows installed, we accidentally ripped our screen on our sliding glass door and somehow altered the door so that it wouldn't latch (our fault completely). I called Ark for a repair, and he said that he would replace the screen and adjust the door at no cost. His team arrived and completed the screen replacement and the door repair in 15 minutes. We were so grateful for this amazing customer service! Thank you Vic and Ark!!
After searching around, I settled on American Deluxe Windows and Doors for retrofit replacement windows. Because of the size and shape of my window openings, I was gonna need custom windows, and whenever I hear the word "custom" I equate that to "expensive." Not the case here! They did end up being expensive, only because I kept tacking on more and more premium features. In the end, I couldn't be happier! I have beautiful windows that are highly energy efficient and will look and function amazing for years to come. In fact, I was so happy with them that when it came time to replace my old sliding glass back door, I immediately went to them. Now I have brand new gorgeous outward-opening French doors that match perfectly with the windows and even have the same door handles as the rest of the house! I couldn't be happier!The guys who do the work are efficient, professional and really know what they're doing! At no point was I less than 100% confident they would deliver a perfect result. And they always did!This is the only place you need to look. Vic will take care of you. You will love it. Simple as that.
American Deluxe replaced all the windows and 2 SGD's on my house about 2 years ago and they did a fantastic job. Recently I was interested in replacing my back door which leads to the backyard and pool so I gave Ark a call and he recommended the laminated 'reinforced glass' French door for the back. Given they did an amazing job the first time I was eager to have them come back and couldn't wait to see how my new French door would look. I'm so happy Ark recommended this door because I couldn't imagine anything else. First it compliments the rest of the house and allows a great deal of light to enter the house. Not only am I saving money from the super high insulated Anlin door but I don't have to turn on interior lights during the day. Thanks Ark! I knew I can count on you and American Deluxe to deliver once more!!! Best in the Business!
