Poor quality, one window wouldn’t even open. They opted to “fix” the window that wasn’t square; I left both windows there and took the hit for a bad product and poor customer service
Front desk person is the first line to impress the customer to show the face of the company.Today I got the worse customer service from the front desk server.Please make sure who u put the front desk person.Probably u don’t feel your business today but u will see the decline …..I left and buy my windows who serve customers as king and queen.
