Champion windows was great from start to finish. We purchased and replaced all 27 windows in our home. The communication on the status of the new windows was constant and someone was always available to answer any questions. The day of install, the technicians came out in time and worked diligently to complete the install. Their professionalism and care exceeded my expectations and the windows were installed faster than expected. The warranty makes the purchase even better. The windows are beautiful and we will use champion in the future for door replacement and when we redo our garage. 10/10 Highly recommend.
Every part of the process for buying my sliding glass door went smoothly. I was originally quoted 8 to 10 weeks from agreement to install, but it ended up being 6 weeks, almost to the day! Each person that I worked with was personable and informative, and Michael and his installation team were fantastic! My door was put in and perfect in no time. Would definitely use Champion again.
BUYER BEWARE, Warranty is Totally Misleading. I was told that only the glass has a lifetime warranty when I called. 1st, they charge you $130 just for technician to come and check to see if you have a seal failure. I was then informed that the trim to finish the job around the window is not covered either and the manager I spoke to said it would be an additional $2,700 on top of the $130 for a new window to be installed for a total of $2,830. I called and had a competitor come and give me a price. The competitor's price for a new window fully installed is $1,800 a difference of over $1,000 less than Champion Windows under warranty! Champion hides this information in the small print (still haven't found it). They do say, if the windows FAIL they will charge for the technician after 2 years. But, no where in the contract, that the warranty is only for glass and not the trim around it. Before purchasing from Champion, get a few other estimates and read their contract carefully. As I said, I feel like their advertising is TOTALLY MISLEADING! BUYER BEWARE!
High marks overall. The wide variety of options, quality of materials & workmanship, & regular updates/communication offset the expense & length of the project. The sales rep seemed knowledgeable & interested in finding the right solution. The installers were friendly, answered all my questions, & worked in frigid temps to properly install the doors. The result was exactly what I wanted & looks beautiful.
Mark was excellent to work with. Very informative and prompt. When we were ready to move forward with our project, we ran into an issue with the lender to finance. Mark worked with us to find a reasonable solution. We are excited to start our project and get new windows!
