Everything about this experience has been a nightmare.Run the other direction while you still have a chance before they take your money and then make false promises on the quality of work that you will receive.They have my door protruding off of my house by at least two inches. They have it caulked to my deck boards then never removed old caulk around the frame before reinstalling door and putting new over preexisting old! They have no concern for quality and absolutely no concern for problem resolution! I am completely appalled that this company is able to pass this type of work off to the public and pretend as if it's quality! I will continue to do everything within my power to make sure that they are held accountable for their actions or give me back my money! I would have never purchased this door with you knowing the nightmare show I would have to put up with following!This has turned into more trouble than leaving my old door Would not recommend and would do quite the opposite! I will be telling people to run the other way! False promises made about door installation and then no help from the team once the issues have arose!
I was approached by 2 guys and they offered a clean up on my windows, I agreed to let them show me their work and they were fast and it looks great, one of the guys named Shaun took his time to work around my vinyl sign on my door to make sure to not mess it up. Great first impression guys Thank You
Beautiful windows and a great installer crew. Mr Gonzalez and partner did a very nice installation and in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again for any window needs.
I ordered the windows I needed for my living room. The rep was very helpful and friendly and easily contacted. They came today and put my new windows in the guys were very nice and friendly. They were very efficient and had both old windows pulled out and the new ones put in very quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the service or the new efficient windows.
After sitting through HOURS of window sales pitches. We decided on Universal Windows.James Bowers, gave us, Quite the sales Presentation!We were impressed by his knowledge of the product as well as the company he represents.Eight Custom windows were ordered and BEAUTIFULLY installed, including outside frames.The installation crew, Yuniel Gonzalez and his partner, knew what they were doing. The installation went “Smooth As Silk”!From order date, to installation, it took approximately 5 & 1/2 weeks.We Highly Recommend, UNIVERSAL WINDOWS!
