We had such a great experience with Fantastic Customs. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about the quality of their work. They replaced our windows and siding, and the difference it made to our home is incredible. Everything looks beautiful and you can tell they take pride in doing the job right.

The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the project. They took the time to answer our questions and made sure we were happy with every detail before finishing.

I cannot say enough good things about Jack, the owner of Fantastic Customs, and his entire team.

What started as an incredibly complicated situation involving insurance and a home I had sold over a year earlier could have easily turned into a nightmare. Instead, Jack and his team took it on and refused to let it go.

They stuck with this for over six months, not only completing the work thoroughly and professionally, but relentlessly advocating with the insurance company to make sure every possible dollar was recovered. Most shops would have walked away or settled early. Jack didn’t. He went to bat for me again and again, and it made a real, tangible difference.

Beyond the results, the communication, integrity, and sheer persistence were next-level. I always felt informed, supported, and confident that I had the right people in my corner.
