I can't say enough good things about Window Well Replacement and their owner, John! From start to finish, our experience was flawless. John came out to assess three of our windows and gave us an honest opinion — two of them didn’t need any work, and he didn’t try to upsell us on them. He only replaced the one that really needed attention, which I really appreciated.
Their bid was far more reasonable than any other estimate we received. The professionalism and punctuality were top-notch — they showed up on time and were even able to fit us into their schedule pretty quickly.
The installation was smooth, and they did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. They went above and beyond to protect our property, putting down tarps on the grass and ensuring the concrete sidewalk wasn’t damaged. It was clear they took pride in their work, and everything was left spotless.
If you’re looking for honest, affordable, and high-quality window work, I highly recommend Window Well Replacement. They did exactly what they said they would, and I’m thrilled with the results!

John came out and replaced a rusty window well with a new one and it looks great. Cleaned up hosed it down blew all the debris away left it looking better then when he got here. Would highly recommend them did a great job!
