Just had one of your trucks swerve dangerously in front of me on the interstate at 7:00 a.m. (last four numbers of their license plate is 4916). Driving erratically on I27 and swerving in front of me as well as two others to get off on the 50th Street exit. They were inches away from the front of my car as they jerked over. I don't think they even saw me. Very dangerous. They were driving like a bat out of hell. I don't recommend this company at all.
I have been trying to have Pella negotiate with my insurance for the past 3 months. Pella time and time again has not answered phone calls from my insurance adjuster and even when a voicemail is left they never return the call. They obviously don't care about any potential customers and will string you along so you don't move on to another company.
The company may be great at installing doors and windows, but the way your employees represent themselves outside of the job, especially when driving a company vehicle says a lot... this company hires some of the most inconsiderate, road-raging, lunatics. I have seen. Unfortunately I was unable to get the plate, to pin point the driver. Do better Pella.
We are very pleased with our picture window. Stephanie was very knowledgeable about explaining everything about the Pella windows. What we liked most of all is it will keep us cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter! Great job Stephanie! The guys that came to install the window were also proficient and professional with every face of the installation. They did an awesome job.
Stephanie is a joy. I will be honest, I had decided I was not going to be making a purchase after this first visit. But Stephanie changed my mind. Her explanation of the products and the benefits made it clear the products were superior. She never rushed us and gave us ample time for questions, believe me, we had many. She allowed us time to digest the information before preceding. We felt like family when she left our home. She is an excellent communicator and is knowledgeable about the products.
