My experience could have been better. However, they did their best to make it right in the end. I had Argo come in to replace several double pane sealed windows. They were quick and efficient, unfortunately, they measured incorrectly during the estimate which lead to the windows not fitting at install. Typically this wouldn't be the worst case unfortunately a front window was damaged during the removal and when they had to put it back in I had a completely damaged window in a front bay window for an additional 4ish weeks until they could come back out to replace this. They offered a discount for the inconvenience but having a busted window for that time over the holidays wasn't ideal. I would use them again but I may personally double check the measurements next time.
A very cold day that required digging through deep snow to reach our windows. These guys didn’t flinch! Argo team set up their equipment in our garage and spent the day building new storm windows. We expected repairs or patches, but these two gentlemen handmade five new frames! Windows look great, and house feels sealed and cozy. Team finished and cleaned up (sawdust!) in a timely manner. Great experience today and we look forward to Argos return in spring to complete another job!
Beautiful craftsmanship! Alex and his crew are amazing. I would recommend Argo to anyone considering window replacement. This option makes much more sense. This is the second time I have used Argo and the work is perfect just as it was on the first job.
We had Argo replace a failed thermopane glass in a kitchen widow frame and a large (4x4 foot +) single pane glass in our living room window frame. Argo, unlike some other companies we tried contacting actually answered the phone in person and sent someone right out to review the job and gave use a quote on the spot. Eric and his helper actually showed up early on the day of the appointment but texted us before to be sure that was ok. They were very pleasant and courteous to work with and cleaned up after like they were never there. The work was completed in a very timely and workman like manner. The new picture window blends in perfectly like it was made that way with the two newer double hung replacement windows on either side and looks great. We are extremely pleased with how this turned out and would absolutely recommend Argo to anyone. Good job Argo!
Argo Glass provided a prompt and fair window replacement estimate and install. Their communication regarding the service was excellent. The speed and quality of the replacement was beyond expectations. Vadym and his assistant were very professional and polite! Would highly recommend!
