We got new windows yesterday and we couldn't be happier. Every step of the way with them was super easy and we never felt like we werent in great hands. The sales team was wonderful, communication was amazing throughout the whole time, our windows even got in sooner then expected, the total price was way under then we thought it would be. The installation team was great, they got everything installed in a few hours. The house feels like its brand new we could not be happier, we will surely be using this company again for future projects!

I had a new front entrance and door replaced. Everone I encountered through the process was professional and easy to work with. The installers arrived early and the project was complete in 2 hours. They cleaned up everything before they left. My door and entrance is beautiful! I don't have any drafts and know I am saving on my heating costs. Brand-new windows, brand-new siding, and exceptional craftsmanship from start to finish. Their team was always on time, precise with their measurements, and worked diligently every day while we snapped photos to share with our family. Before leaving each day, they vacuumed thoroughly and made sure every nail and screw was accounted for. One moment we’ll never forget: our plumber had to remove an outdoor pipe, leaving a hole in the freshly installed siding. The siding crew had already packed up on their final day and must have been exhausted, but when I asked if they could patch it—nothing fancy—they jumped right in. Fifteen minutes later, you never would’ve known the hole was ever there. We couldn’t be more pleased. Our home truly looks brand new, and we are beyond thrilled. We chose UWD, Machester NH, because of the quality of the ProVia door and a competitive price, which also included 2 windows. But the product is only as good as the installers. And I'm one of those people who watch all critical points of the tear out and installation. My sense is that UWD installers will apply the same level of care and attention to detail that I witnessed because it was standard practice. They were also courteous and willing to answer questions, even when they related to issues adjacent to their work but not within the scope of it. We were concerned at first because the installer who did final measurements and answered questions that were important to us, was not doing the actual installation. But our concerns were unfounded. The ProVia and UWD windows are the upgrade we were looking for and UWD sent very qualified and professional installers. I would highly recommend them.
