I needed 2 windows replaced in my home and saw the great reviews of Mansfield Glass and gave them a call. They came out and measured and said the windows would be replaced in 2 weeks, but they had to send someone out with a taller ladder to reach the upper window. After they took the money for half the job and I didn’t hear back from them for almost a week, I called the office. They answered and seemed uniformed about the situation, but scheduled another visit with the taller ladder. The crew showed up and didn’t bring the taller ladder and said the office would schedule someone to come out. After some more time passed, I called the office and got the same type of response that they were going to send someone out. I expressed to them that I was trying to coordinate the solar screens getting installed on my windows. I had to give the screen installer and my HOA a timeline and it kept getting pushed back. Finally they came out and said 2 more weeks. After not hearing back from them in that time, I called back again. “Any day now,” they told me. The windows finally came in, but unfortunately one was broken and the other was the wrong size. This took way too long and communications from the office was horrible which caused this to drag out way longer than it needed to. The installers I delt with on several occasions were great and this is the only reason that I am giving Mansfield glass 3 stars and not something less. The office and communication deserves 1 star.

I had two windows with hairline cracks in them. They were to come out and take measurements. The guy came out took measurements and broke one of my windows. He didn't say anything to my husband and I. I noticed it after he left. I called the company and spoke with the manager Shianne. She stated, they do that to bring back to the office. In order to see what type of glass it is. She agreed, he should have told us. There was no reason for it, especially since we hadn't hired them to do the work. It was for a quote. I asked her if they were going to cover the cost of the window. She said, "no we won't cover the cost, but I can send them out to board it up. They guys came and put the broken piece back along with waterproof tape on the window. I'm happy that was done, due to inclement weather. However, I'm not happy with the property damage, and them not taking accountability to fix the window.
Highly recommend.I replaced 6 windows and 1 picture window + 1 additional oversize picture window to be installed after some demo work.Office staff (Melissa, Renee) communicated with me consistently over the last 5-6 months and install crew (TJ, Chris, Clay) was efficient, kind, and did great work.Window manufacturer NT Windows (ftw) produced a high quality product.
Excellent customer service, both in the office and from the people who did the work to repair the window glass in the house. They are very punctual, they came between the time they had told me. I highly recommend this company.
