Customer service is alive and well at this spot!My car had been broken into and I had called around a few different glass places with mixed quotes - Called this place and even tho they were in the middle of closing Alton gave me a quote and stayed after hours for me to get there. He assess the situation and got everything on the go super quick. The following day i got a phone call so set up the installation date and Ashley was very kind and understanding, working my with my schedule finding what time fit best for me - and these guys are busy -Finally glass windows were installed , super great job. Quick and efficient The glass wasn’t a perfect match (not on them,they go off your VIN number) and even tho it wasn’t their problem Alton AGAIN went above and beyond to find the perfect match glass and replaced it for me once more. Free of charge and within 30 minutesCan’t say how happy and delighted i am to have gone to these guys,- great people good hearts and hard workers.
