I reached out to Lizard Heights Glass LLC to get a window replaced, and at first things seemed promising. They came out as scheduled, took measurements, and everything appeared to be moving forward smoothly. But after that visit, I never heard back—no call, no estimate, no follow-up of any kind.

I understand that things can get busy, but good communication goes a long way in any business. A simple update or courtesy message would’ve made a big difference. Thankfully, there are plenty of other companies out there who value reliability and follow-through, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
