I reached out to Lizard Heights Glass LLC to get a window replaced, and at first things seemed promising. They came out as scheduled, took measurements, and everything appeared to be moving forward smoothly. But after that visit, I never heard back—no call, no estimate, no follow-up of any kind.I understand that things can get busy, but good communication goes a long way in any business. A simple update or courtesy message would’ve made a big difference. Thankfully, there are plenty of other companies out there who value reliability and follow-through, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I wish they had more than 5 stars to offer. It was a pleasure dealing with a family owned business in Maricopa. I like to support all the vendors in our town. For two shower doors the price was reasonable, the installation was exceptional and they were licensed and bonded which is a must for me. Thank you Jon and Julie. I had two broken windows in my home. John arrived on time for the estimate, glass was ordered and he installed them a few weeks later once they arrived. Windows look good again. John and Julie were both courteous and professional. Great company to work with!
