From day 1, James was a great person to work with. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He did a great job with the installation. He also had fair pricing for the job as well and even fixed some of the trim around my widows. I would use him over those scammy door-to-door windows companies any day.
James and the installation guys were awesome. I've seen other reviews mention that there wasn't any communication with them, but that was not my experience. Every time I sent an email asking a question or requesting an update, I received a response within a day, usually within an hour or two.Our house is 50 years old so the windows were really needing a replacement. They replaced 23 windows in one day, including the exterior cladding. Clean up was great and they stacked the old windows neatly in the driveway so we could give them, keeping them out of the landfill. Definitely would recommend!
We've just finished our window replacement project at our house and after getting quotes and demos from over a dozen of window experts we decided to go with The Window Store LLC.We actually started this project over a year ago where we looked at several companies and one of them was The Window Store, back then we decided to put it on hold but we did remember James who was so nice and kind so when we started looking again there was no question that we are going to call James and ask him to provide his quote.James's quote was considerably lower than every other provider we looked into.The reason we ended up with James wasn't only due to his competitive pricing but mainly because of his kindness and the fact that he actually gives his 100% to his business and his customers and makes you feel like you are being cared for and you are in good hands.When the price was too high, he came up with a mix of window types to try and keep the project in our budget.We replaced 32 windows and they all look great, the installers (one of them was James) were super kind, professional, clean and efficient.Highly recommended!
Awesome price, attention to detail and commitment to excellence. James noticed that my attic vents were installed improperly and allowing water into my attic ( something that was verified in a home inspection report I got last year) and offered to fix it. None of the other guys I had quote noticed it. I knew then that I could trust them to do a great job- and they did. Windows are beautiful- have all the features that another big company quoted me 4x the price for. I will definitely use only them for my window needs in the future.
