He also provided us with excellent financial advice and guided us through the process of getting a loan.He supported us every step of the way and eventually sent two polite and professional installers, Rustam and his colleague, to do the job. They arrived exactly on schedule and worked diligently. Not only did they complete the installation beautifully, but they also carefully uninstalled and reinstalled our California shutters—something other companies had refused to do.The entire process took less than four days, and I was still able to keep up with my chores while they worked. The new doors and windows look amazing, and now I feel fully prepared for the upcoming long Canadian winters!I truly appreciate Mr. Dan and the entire Panorama team for their high-quality service and outstanding support.
Very detailed and informative sale process with high quality windows. The installation was scheduled in a timely matter and they informed me of a time that was available even sooner. Job was done cleanly and they were able to add a lock on my sliding door despite ordering that on the day of the installation.Highly recommend.
Great guys to work with. We had a budget, they helped us stay within it. This was part of a full gut that we were doing ourselves but this was one area we wanted a pro to do for us.It did take some time before they were ready but that’s to be expected. We went all black, in and out and are very happy with it. All in all we are happy and will use Panorama for our basement windows replacement project when we are ready.
I have 5 windows and a large patio door installed by Panorama Windows & Doors. The installation team Alex and Dim did an excellent job! They are very professional and friendly, and completed the installation in 3 hours thanks to their great teamwork! They also cleaned up everything after they completed the installations. I am very pleased with their work, and my new windows and patio door look so great! The sales person Joe is also very professional, he knows the products well and provide great suggestions to me, the quote is honest and reasonable. I would highly recommend Panorama Windows and Doors to my friends!
Joe was knowledgable about the product and other comparable products on the market. He was kind, respectful and took his time to answer our questions that day and the following week. The measurement team was also quick, efficient and friendly, installation was delayed because of shortage on everything.
