We replaced 8 french doors with four sliding doors and 4 windows. They look fabulous! The installation process was great. They arrived on time, cleaned up afterwards each day. Installation was completed in three days. Very nice people and excellent craftsmanship.
As I’m sure we have all experienced bad customer service !! BUT I called around to many window places in Marquette and they either didn’t call me back or after over a month of them showing up to give me an estimate!! Never to hear from them again so frustrating!!! So I called Budget window and they called me back the next day scheduled an about with in a week showed up on time very professional and really nice ! Ordered the windows came in 2 weeks early they called said let’s schedule installation! Said there guys will be there at 8:00 ! In my driveway at 7:59 guys were so nice got the windows installed cleaned up and I think I’m still in shock !! Wish they did carpentry work ?????I would totally recommend them !!!!!
I appreciate this local family owned business. They were patient with me when I needed to postpone the installation and were responsive when I was ready. The quality of these windows is definitely worth the price. The employees and owners are professional, friendly and do a great job. They ensured I understood the function of the windows before they left and said call if I have any concerns or questions. I highly recommend them. Thank you Budget Windows.
I'm pretty much updating this review. I couldn't believe the owners comment on this review.These pictures I posted on here are new doors that the Budget Windows just put in so no this was NOT done by our customers it was all done by the owners son! WOW! sorry I ever had them do anything for us, they don't even take responsibility for there own shabby work. I'm so disgusted with the fact they blamed our customers! WOW! WOW! Just look at the pictures. They didn't even put caulking around the doors to keep siding down. Very poor workmanship.Like the advertisement says" get 3 estimates" We say run from Budget Windows.Ok first of all Budget Windows also put windows in our rental house and that I have zero complaints that's why I gave them a 2 otherwise it would have been a zero if possible. We had them put 10 new doors in our motel they are suppose to be quality doors; the kind that have the magnetic strip so the door will close tighter when the door shuts. I let Les know that I was gonna have our painter from town paint the doors once the weather warmed up and I sent him these pictures to show him what needed to be done...... Well!!! I received a $250.00 dollar + check telling me that this should take care of the repairs that our painter will have to do before painting (WOW!) I was stunned it took me awhile to e-mail Les back and let him know what I thought. I was nice I was just disappointed. I wanted our doors fixed professional you know like they were supposed to be put in... So more work for my husband and I to do; this is not what I'm paying the painter to do; his job is to paint not fix what a professional was paid a lot of money to do in the first place. Like I said in the beginning the windows were done I should say appear to be done good but Les's son put the doors in he didn't do the windows and on that closing thank goodness he didn't do the windows.
