I cannot say enough about the men from Northern Awning & Window Co. who came to my parent’s home to fix their roof a few weeks ago!!! They were very kind and are EXPERTS at what they do! They took lots pictures of the damaged roof before doing any repairs so that we will be able to pursue legal action against the company who put on the faulty roof.I would hire them again and again for any roofing needs or any other services they provide! Thanks again for your services!!!
I woke up to 3 men with a ladder climbing onto my roof. No one knocked on my door. No one called to schedule the appointment.I called the office to find out why they hadn't scheduled the appointment with me, and found out their voicemail is full.I came back outside and they had left - no one told me what they had done or what they would do next.Extremely displeased with lack of professionalism.
He came to look at my roof and told me he was going to call me back the following week. I tried several weeks of trying to get ahold of him and when he finally called me back he said he wasn't interested in taking the job. I am working with a warranty company so I wish he would have let me know sooner because my warranty is going to expire soon. He was nice when he first came out but super rude when he called me back to say he doesnt want the job. He really wasted my time.
