The windows themselves are wonderful, and the installers were professional, efficient, and respectful of our space. It’s clear that this company is very customer-oriented—they were responsive and helpful throughout the process.

The only downside was that we were unable to get an itemized invoice showing the cost per window, which we would have appreciated for transparency. That said, the final product and service were great, and we’re satisfied with the results.

We are absolutely delighted with our new gutters!! The crew that installed them were extremely professional, pleasant, and courteous. Just moments after they completed the job we had a down pour of rain! Watching the amount of rain/water flow out of the down spouts was incredible, and affirmed that our decision to go with The Window Store to protect our home was the right one!
