I had my moms 2020 Bmw X5 moonroof replaced here in August 2025 and they did a phenomenal job it’s been more than half a year and no issues at all. Alicia was amazing to work with. She helped us out with the insurance process and was able to explain everything in detail of what to expect. Communication with them was great. Would come here again to fix any glass issues I have further down the line. Definitely recommending them to my friends and family.
Thanks to all the staff from Fix-a-crack. I was in dire need of a windshield replacement. I called as soon as they opened Saturday, and I received a text back with a quote within seconds. By grace, I was able to go right in and get my windshield replaced. This work took over 4 hours fixing, and the staff stayed well over their closing just to ensure the sealant dried before driving off. The staff took their time in explaining the process and the repair. I did not mind the wait but make arrangements beforehand as there is no formal waiting area. The cost was about the same as Safelite’s quote, but nothing beats the peace of mind of knowing a job was well done. I was happy with the work, and I recommend it to anyone.
