I was shopping around the RGV for windows for 2 years. Everyone quoted me 2x what Window Depot quoted me. The price was so good I decided to change a 4th window and a sliding door. The workers were professional in every step from sales reps to installers. They took care of permits and disposal. Thank you for making this an easy and affordable process.

These guys are really, really good!! They do legit professional work, they are nice and courteous, respectful and these people have good hearts. So many out there are just out to make a buck. But these people really care about they're customers and they don't try to rip people off. They did so excellent of a job installing my windows that I realized that I wanted the other 2 windows of my house too! Daniel there installer and the other gentleman are both very polite, helpful and totally professional. These guys really know what they are doing and they do the job right. They don't just throw up a window and leave. They check everything and recheck everything to make sure it's done right. Drew is very smart and has been doing this for a long time, with alot of experience and he will give you a fair deal because he cares about his customers. He's a really good guy too! Janie n Bryan are also totally awesome and helpful! These people are not pushy or tricky. They are legit for real good people and I'm thankful to have found them. Daniel fixed my original door and installed windows and a storm door like he'd been doing it his whole life. My door closes better now than when I bought this place thanks to him and he helped me with something else that needed to be done too that wasn't even what he came over to my house for but he fixed it anyways! Really appreciate these guys so I'm gonna probably get 2 more windows. And I love the windows too like crazy! They're so pretty and great quality. I'm really happy and if you need your windows replaced or a storm door these guys will do a great job at a fair price. And the thing that really did it for me was on top of all this; if you need service you don't have to deal with a vendor out of state somewhere or yell at someone in a big box store to get something done, you just have to call Drew and he'll take care of it. Everytime I texted him or called he called or texted me back promptly. You just can't beat that kind of service with a stick and these days it's hard to find but not at Window Depot. That's what they do. Thank you guys. You can't go wrong with them. Don't let some company call you and tell you they'll undercut their price if you go with them because they'll sell you something cheap that will give you nothing but headaches later to deal with. Have no worries. Window Depot will treat you right.
We had an outstanding experience; Alex thoroughly explained the entire process. The crew arrived promptly and skillfully installed the new window, resulting in a stunning view! Given that our previous window was likely from the original construction in 1985, we're eager to replace all the windows and glass doors in our home. The before and after pictures! Now the fur babies have a clear view of their squirrel friend.
