Just had a Patio Cover installed. Extremely happy with the quality of product. Neighbour had same product installed 17yrs ago and still looks like new. Installers were very knowledgeable and professional, caring about every detail. Highly recommend the company and workmanship.
We just took off siding to replace it and found that the window installed by Advanced Exteriors in 2018 was installed without any waterproofing:1. No flashing or water barrier of any kind, 2. On a sill that had clearly been rotten for more than 7 years, 3. In an opening too big for the window installed. They closed up the opening with insulation stuffed around the edges of the window. Today I found mold on the drywall below the window on both sides of the drywall. My daughter has been suffering from debilitating mold toxicity for 5 years. I wonder why. That’s her bedroom.

Advanced Exteriors replaced two doors and built us a deck. The communication between us, the office, and Paul (owner) was excellent. They gave us an estimated date for work a month out, confirmed it a week before, and showed up on time every day.The craftmanship is excellent, all details taken care of. Paul was able to match some new siding with the old almost perfectly where part of wall was exposed after removal of the old deck.I have no reservations in recommending Advanced Exteriors for any similiar work.
