Was in for a nasty rock chip. They tried their best to fix it, but they could not guarantee the fix would work…so they didn’t even me charge for the attempted fix.Appreciate the upfront honesty and customer service! Awesome to see, will be back!

Had a large bay window replaced in my home. This company did an excellent job and were thorough and polite and cleaned up very well after job was done. Very pleased with results and product.
The worst experience! Terrible customer service. Took my SUV for a new windshield. When I got it home, I noticed a slit/cut in my upholstery above the windshield. I messaged the company with a photo. They asked me to come in after work the next day so they could assess the damage. No apology. I went the next day, they asked me to come back the next day because the owner was out of town. I declined. Asked them to look and take a photo. They did. They sent a repair guy to our home to fix the upholstery, he told me it wouldn’t be perfect, and it’s not. A couple of weeks later we were driving down the number 1 and the covers on both sides of our windshield came off. We were able to grab them, went straight to the shop, no apology, lots of head scratching. They asked me to come back, yet again! To fix something they managed to wreck??I would never deal with this company again. They have horrible customer service and they’re rude.
Worst experience ever. I phoned in Dec 2 2019 to have a basement window replaced my boys broke playing hockey. I was told it would be in by before Xmas, when I called Jan 07 2020, to see the status of my window, I was told it was not in yet. Fast forward to February 3 I was called to be informed it was in. I then scheduled an appointment with the most miserable, admin lady. They showed up February 7 to install it all stared good but then they wore the dirty work boots in the house broke the old window and left glass all over the basement and drive way. As a contractor my self I understand stuff happens but I couldn’t believe these hooligans wouldn’t clean up after themselves, not to mention they scratched the frame of my insert while removing. This company is very unprofessional , I wouldn’t ever hire them again.
